SimplyShare Foundation Inc. Simply Share Foundation is a non-profit organization primarily devoted to fighting hunger and under nutrition in the most vulnerable populations in the Phils.

This was launched on October 6, 2015 with a “ Covenant of Sharing” signed between Simply Share Foundation and partners, which include the National Nutrition Council 7, Cebu City Marriot Hotel, Rotary International, University of San Carlos Extension Service, and JCI Cebu. Its advocacy to fight hunger is anchored on a strong belief that food security is a precursory need towards a better quality of

life. There are 15 million undernourished children all over the Philippines. Of its causes, the most prominent are poverty and social deprivation. Undernourishment among children have a profound effect on their overall development and ultimately their chance to succeed in adult life. This prompted a group of like-minded young professionals; educators and entrepreneurs to come together and create a foundation centered in feeding undernourished Filipino children.

Simple ra siguro nga eksena para sa uban, pero para namo, makahuna-huna gyud ka sa kalisod ug sakripisyo nga ginadala sa usa ka amahan para sa iyang pamilya.

A Day of Giving and Compassion 💙

August 17, 2026 — SimplyShare Foundation Inc., together with BAI Hotel Cebu, visited the Missionaries of Charity in Cebu to personally hand over donations for the children.

The Missionaries of Charity is a local community branch of the international religious congregation founded by St. Teresa of Calcutta (Mother Teresa). The sisters care for abandoned, malnourished, sick, and vulnerable children, as well as those in need within the community.

We were grateful to donate towels, pillows and pillowcases, duvet covers, and other essential items for the children. We also shared grocery goods from Robinsons Supermarket and diapers to help support their daily needs.

A heartfelt thank you to BAI Hotel Cebu and Robinsons Supermarket for your generosity and support. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of these children. 🙏💙

We were honored to welcome Rona Mei Y. Tanchico, Program Manager and Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Programs Head of the San Miguel Foundation, to SimplyShare Foundation Inc.

We visited Panaguikan Elementary School and distributed snacks to the students. Thank you to the faculty for the warm welcome and the short program prepared for us.

Snacks for the students of Lumbang Elementary School. ❤️

It was such a joy to see the students—they were so eager, respectful, and very well-disciplined. Their smiles made this simple snack distribution even more meaningful.
