Good Day, JPMAPers! As we welcome February, let’s be reminded…

This month is not only about new beginnings but also about strengthening the values that shape us as future leaders. School is more than academics, it is where we learn respect, patience, and integrity, the very foundations of professionalism.

Success is not only about achievements, but also about how we treat people and how we inspire others. By practicing respect today, we prepare ourselves to lead with purpose tomorrow. 🌟

✨🌸 4th Pinning Ceremony | School of Business 🌸✨

On January 12, 2026, the School of Business of Mandaue City College celebrated its 4th Pinning Ceremony at Pacific Mall, Mandaue City, a proud milestone for our fourth-year students as they prepare to begin their On-the-Job Training (OJT).

First and foremost, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to our hosts; Brialle Nino Menoria, JPMAP – MCC Chapter President, and Ms. Rhonron T. Tahil, JPMAP – MCC Chapter VP Internal. With grace, energy, and warmth, they carried the program with elegance and made the ceremony truly memorable. πŸŒŸπŸ’™

We also pour so much love and gratitude to Atty. Lyn Oliveros, one of the strongest backbones of our fourth-year students. Her dedication in teaching Labor Law and Obligations & Contracts (Oblicon) has shaped not only their knowledge but their character as future professionals. Truly, her presence is a gift and an inspiration. 🌹✨

Our deepest thanks also go to the School of Business Faculty, whose unstoppable support continues to guide our students toward success. We honor the leadership and inspiration of:

🌸 Dr. Laurencio M. Andrino Jr., Dean of the School of Business
🌸 Mr. Yorie C. Palis, Assistant Dean, School of Business
🌸 Mr. Joseph Arnold C. Baunsit, Interim Dean and Head of SASO
🌸 Dr. Joey U. Rivamonte, College President

This ceremony was more than a rite of passage, it was a celebration of growth, family, and the journey from the classroom to the professional world. With name pins proudly worn, our JPMAPers are ready to climb higher, dream bigger, and shine brighter. ✨🌸

[LATE POST]

We are still smilingβ€”an unforgettable milestone! 🌟

The 14th JPMAP Summit 2025 has officially concluded, and we are proud to share that JPMAP – MCC Chapter received two major awards:

πŸ† Most Number of Participants Award
πŸ† Award for Hosting the 14th JPMAP Summit

This triumph is not just about recognitionβ€”it is about the people behind it. Our President, Mr. Brialle Nino Menoria, and VP Internal, Ms. Ronron T. Tahil, stood as pillars of strength and vision, guiding the organization with tireless dedication and unwavering resolve.

But beyond them, every single JPMAP – MCC Chapter Officer is truly a testament of leadership. Each one showed effort, sacrifice, and commitmentβ€”whether in planning, coordinating, or simply ensuring that no detail was left behind. Their passion, resilience, and unity turned challenges into victories, proving that leadership is not about titles, but about service, heart, and teamwork. πŸ’™βœ¨

To our JPMAPers of Mandaue City College, your enthusiasm and participation gave life to the summit. And to our School of Business Faculty, your unstoppable support and guidance remain the compass that directs us toward success.

Though this is a late post, the pride and gratitude are timeless. Together, we have shown that when leaders rise, members unite, and mentors supportβ€”greatness is inevitable. 🌟

πŸ’¬ JPMAP ASKS: What lesson would you give to the world?

In a world full of noise, we believe in the power of listening. In a sea of expectations, we believe in the strength of self-belief. And in a community of future leaders, we believe that every voice matters.

As part of our JPMAP Asks initiative, we sat down with randomly selected students from our chapter and asked one simple but powerful question:

β€œIf you were to give a lesson to everyone, what do you think it would be, one that could make a significant impact?”

Their answers were honest, heartfelt, and deeply inspiring.
🌿 β€œLearn to listen.”
🌿 β€œFocus on your own journey.”
🌿 β€œChoose kindness, even when it’s difficult.”
🌿 β€œPersevere with love and understanding.”
🌿 β€œBelieve in yourself.”
🌿 β€œMental health mattersβ€”start by listening.”
🌿 β€œBe gentle. The world needs more good hearts.”

These aren’t just words. They’re reflections of lived experience, quiet strength, and the kind of wisdom that can’t be taught in a classroom. Each response is a reminder that leadership isn’t just about achievements, it’s about values, empathy, and the courage to speak up.

✨ Starting this month, our JPMAP – MCC Chapter page will continue to feature students, not just for their accomplishments, but for their insights, beliefs, and the lessons they carry. Because being a JPMAPER means more than holding a title, it means holding space for others and uplifting the community with sincerity and heart.

🌸 And of course, a special appreciation to our Public Information Officer, Mr. Aaron Oplas, for the beautiful, pink-themed designs that brought this campaign to life. Your creativity gave warmth and identity to every post, thank you for making our stories shine.

We invite you to follow our page, engage with these stories, and be part of a movement that celebrates real voices, real values, and real impact.

Let’s make this moment meaningful, together πŸ’™
