l 𝗖𝗛𝗧𝗠 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 📣

On June 23, 2026, CHTM CARES volunteers, together with volunteers from various departments, joined the repacking activity at the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗗𝗦𝗪𝗗) – Tingub, Mandaue, in support of families affected by the recent earthquakes in Mindanao.

Through teamwork, dedication, and a shared commitment to service, the volunteers helped achieve the target of 𝟮𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬 relief boxes that will provide much-needed assistance to affected communities.

Every packed box represents hope, compassion, and solidarity for families facing difficult times. CHTM CARES is honored to be part of this meaningful initiative, proving that even small acts of service can make a significant difference in the lives of others.

UCLM CARES successfully held its 4th
UCLM CARES Exemplar Award last May 29, 2026, at the Old AVR. The event celebrated the dedication and commitment of volunteers who continuously give their time, effort, and hearts in serving communities through various initiatives.

CHTM CARES takes pride in having six of its volunteers nominated for the Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award:

A meaningful day filled with faith, love, and new beginnings as 9 children from Barangay Looc received the sacrament of baptism through the collaboration of CHTM CARES and HM 2nd Year MICE Students.

Held at Christ the King Parish and reception at the UCLM BE Function Hall last May 14, 2026, this event reminded us that small acts of service can create lasting memories and blessings.

Thank you to everyone who became part of this special event. Continue the spirit of giving and love to others.

The nomination of these six CHTM volunteers for the 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗨𝗖𝗟𝗠 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 is not only a recognition of individual dedication, but also a celebration of every volunteer who chose to serve with heart and purpose.

CHTM CARES is now officially opening the search for a new batch of participants for the NC II Housekeeping Training Program this coming June.

We are looking for at least 10 participants who are willing to be trained for FREE.

This program is open to residents from our partnered barangays:
• Brgy. Looc
• Brgy. Opao
• Brgy. Paknaan
• Municipality of Cordova

If you or someone you know is interested in gaining housekeeping skills and experience, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow.

Early birds on campus were welcomed with a warm start during the 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿’𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 held on March 10, 2026. Facilitated by CHTM CARES, the activity was a great success as students who arrived early were able to enjoy a simple meal before beginning their day. 🩷🧡
