The University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue (UCLM) CARES, through the College of Business and Accountancy CARES, successfully conducted the ๐—จ๐—–๐—Ÿ๐—  ๐—–๐—”๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—ฆ ๐—ข๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฉ๐—ผ๐—น๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐—–๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐˜๐˜† ๐—•๐˜‚๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—บ on September 7, 2026, at the Basic Education Function Hall.

The activity brought together CARES officers and volunteers for a meaningful afternoon of learning, collaboration, and reflection. Through sessions on community engagement and extension services, effective communication, teamwork and conflict management, leadership, best practices, and commitment to service, participants gained valuable knowledge and skills to strengthen their roles as student leaders and community volunteers.

More than just a capacity-building activity, the program served as an opportunity to foster teamwork, deepen commitment, and inspire everyone to continue making a positive impact through service and community involvement.
