This Formation Thursday, our very own Sir Hannah Arribas offered valuable life lessons and shared her experiences and journey as both a scout and as a coastguard to our Grade 7 Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. She showed what it means to live up to the spirit of Magis and Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam through servant leadership and service for the benefit of others.

Today, we joyfully celebrate the Feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Society of Jesus, whose life continues to inspire us to live with faith, courage, and a heart dedicated to serving others. His journey reminds us that true greatness is found not in seeking recognition, but in choosing to love, to serve, and to place God at the center of all that we do.

As members of the Sacred Heart community and the Scouting movement, may we continue to embody the Ignatian values of discernment, humility, compassion, and excellence. Let us seek God in all things, answer every call to serve with generous hearts, and strive each day to become men and women for others.⚜️
