A warm welcome to the newest members of the family! On July 15, 2026, the Academic Scholars' League (ASL) of UCLM officially ushered in the Batch 5 Presidential Scholars from both UCLM and UC-Banilad during their General Orientation at the Annex 1 AVR. It was a day filled with shared excitement and fresh beginnings as these bright minds gathered to start their journey.

The orientation served as an essential roadmap, diving into the incredible benefits, privileges, and key responsibilities that come with holding the prestigious Presidential Scholarship. Itโ€™s more than just a titleโ€”it's an invitation to embody the excellence, leadership, and service that define the UC community.

The warm welcome was made even more memorable by the presence of supportive university leaders from both campuses, led by UCLM Campus Director Dr. Anna Liza B. Son, alongside dedicated deans, department heads, and representatives from the UC-Banilad Scholarship Office. Congratulations, Batch 5! Your path to greatness starts here. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›
