We, NCP Mantawi Team Cebu, NMAX CLUB PHILIPPINES, hereby issue this formal statement regarding member conduct.
Non-Responsibility: We are NOT responsible for the actions or consequences of any of our members, including inactive members, who are involved in any circumstances deemed unlawful, illegal, or contrary to the law. Any such actions are the individual’s sole responsibility and do not reflect our organization.
Zero Tolerance: We DO NOT TOLERATE any unlawful or illegal behavior. Our team and club values are built on safe, law-abiding, and responsible riding practices. We emphasize our commitment to positive and ethical conduct in all situations.
