We’re excited to share that OKCares, in partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tipolo, will be conducting a Rainy Season Kit Distribution for our youths, because even in the storm, our kabataan deserve care, support, and protection.

𝐒𝐊𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐨: 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦

The Sangguniang Kabataan ng Tipolo Educational Assistance Program is now accepting applications. Please read and follow the guidelines below:

Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in Senior High School or College
- Must have an average grade of not less than 85% for Senior High School (SHS) and 2.5 for College or its equivalent. Must not have any grades of 7 or below (or its equivalent) in the report card or grade slip. Otherwise, they will not be eligible for the assistance.

Schedule:
- Application Period: September 15-21, 2026 (Submit requirements using the Google Form provided)
- Releasing of Educational Assistance: September 27, 2026
- Students who cannot personally claim the educational assistance must provide an authorization letter indicating the person authorized to claim on their behalf. The authorized representative must also present a photocopy of a valid ID upon claiming.

Requirements:
1. Photocopy and original copy of Report Card or Grade Slip
- Must be from the current school year.
- If printed from the school portal, it must be signed by the Registrar or Department Head.
- For Grade Slips, it must be signed by the School Principal/Registrar/Department Head.
- Original copy must be prepared during the releasing of education assistance

2. Original and photocopy of Certificate of Enrollment/Registration/Study Load (Current School Year, 1st Semester)
- Original copy must be prepared during the releasing of education assistance
3. Photocopy & Original of Any Valid ID/School ID
- Original copy must be prepared during the releasing of education assistance
4. Photocopy & Original NSO/PSA/Birth Certificate
- Original copy must be prepared during the releasing of education assistance

Reminders:
- Incomplete or late submissions will not be entertained.
- Original copies of requirements must be submitted on the day of the release of educational assistance.
- Any alteration, tampering, or falsification of documents will lead to immediate disqualification and will be permanently barred from the program.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Tipolo proudly announces that the Recognition and Incentives for our 2026 Board Examination Passers is now open for online registration and documents submission.

Requirements to Upload:
1. Proof of Passing the Board Examination Year 2026 (full page, highlight your name)
2. Completed KK Profiling Form
