Learning the truth about mental health Myths

Society has become more open to understanding mental health, however, myths about this topic still persist. Such myth can create confusion or misunderstandings, leading to stigma surrounding mental health treatment. You can help destigmatize mental health by learning the facts and support those around you.

Learn the truth today and understand those people around you more.

𝑨 𝑳𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑮𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒂 𝑳𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑾𝒂𝒚

In a world full of whispers, choose to be kind.

Let us be reminded that kindness, no matter how small, has the power to uplift, heal, and create a ripple of positive change. In standing together against bullying, we uphold respect, empathy, and compassion — values that build stronger and more inclusive communities.

When words can hurt, let ours be the ones that encourage. When actions can divide, let ours be the ones that unite.

Choose understanding over judgment, compassion over cruelty, and kindness over indifference — for a little kindness truly goes a long way.

𝙇𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙠

A common yet widely relatable statement. As painful as it is to lose the interest and passion towards something we genuinely care about, it is inevitable when boulders of stress and simultaneous tasks weigh us down, deeper and farther to the bottom of the hill.

However, we can always try and climb again, until we build resilience, establish our own strategies, or even find companions to overcome the challenge together. Let us allot time in self-reflection and to experiment with ways that are most suitable for dealing with stress and avoiding burn-outs.

Remember that too little and too much are never healthy. Hence, let us strive to avoid overloading our minds, but at the same time, let us not avoid productivity. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲.

Let us work together, carry the weight, and still reach the peak of the hill. Here, we do not stop, instead we begin!

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗗.

Everyday is a battle of academics, relationships, and personal problems that arise feelings that may be overwhelming. Yet, everyone else seems unbothered in handling their own battles that you may ask yourself, “𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘥𝘰 𝘪𝘵?”

However, it is not a matter of “𝙘𝙖𝙣”, but rather, “𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙤𝙥𝙚?”

Your feelings have a 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦. They allow us to understand our limits and needs, which does not make you incapable but rather 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹.

Everyone copes differently and that's okay. What truly matters is being kind to yourself and finding ways to cope whether it is resting, asking for help, and taking one thing at a time.
