LITAW payout 2nd bach is scheduled this May 18-22, 2026. I will be sending copies of payroll po sainyo upon confirmation nyo po ng date of payout.
VENUE; COVERED COURT MANDAON
Instructions po LITAW payout:
1. Months of the bills (electricity and water bills ONLY) from the month of FEBRUARY, MARCH OR APRIL only.
brgy bills, napocor, mascelco, ledger etc. basta po valid and official bill na iniissue ng provider ay tatanggapin po namin
Attached certification of last billing kapag ang month ay nasa Nov, Dec at January lamang po.
2. Di po namin tatanggapin ang bills ng mga renters or sub-meter bills kase iisang names lang po ang may ari nyan, as validators po kayo po ang nakakaalam po nito. 1 BILL 1 HOUSEHOLD POLICY, based po ito sa guidelines.
3. Di na po kami tatanggap ng Barangay ID dahil po sa naging incident of double claims. May mga benes po na nagclaim sa munisipyo nya at nagclaim parin po sa ibang munisipyo. voters certification or any IDs except TIN ID
4. Certification from the brgy. Please remind your brgys po na 1 BILL 1 BENE lang po ang icecertify po nila. Madami po kaming findings na 1 bill multiple claimants na po ang gumagamit. Please po, iwasan na po natin na mangyari po ito. Di po pwedeng ipahiram ang bill ng iba sa mga nakalista kung wala naman talaga silang bill po. Icecertify po ng barangay kapag di ang claimant or yung nasa payroll ang hindi may ari ng bill.
5. Iaallow po namin ang authorization letter given this po:
2 photocopies ID with ORIGINAL signature ni original bene
2 photocopies of Bill (electric or water bill)
2 photocopies ng FACED form with signature ni original bene
2 photocopies ng ID ng claimant with 3 specimen signature
ORIGINAL copy of authorization with ORIGINAL signature if malayong k**ag - anak na di kasama sa faced form ang mag cclaim
No need of authorization letter if asawa, anak, nanay at tatay at nasa faced form
Please send also po yung preferred venues nyo po.
May mga LGUs po na iischedule po ng Morning at Afternoon lalo na po yung konti lang po ang target. Please inform the barangay po na dapat mainform po yung mga benes po natin na nasa payroll.
LAST PAYOUT na po ito. Kung ano po ang schedule po ng LGU yun lang po ang magiging schedule wala na pong iba. Walang same day replacements po at wala na rin pong schedule for unclaimed.
