ATTENTION TO ALL ISANG BANSA PILIPINO (IBP) LEADERS, COORDINATORS, AND VOLUNTEERS IN LUZON, ViSAYAS MINDANAO!
In full alignment to our mission of "Unifying The Nation" under the banner of the Whole-of-State Approach of ISANG BANSA PILIPINO, PARA SA BAWAT PILIPINO!, we are officially launching the Massive Nationwide Revitalization of the "IBP Barangay Chapters" across the country.
"Move and strategize without being told," it is time to reactivate our grassroots networks, (absolute at the Brgy and sitio level) to strengthen our people connectivity, and mobilize our communities to drive self-reliance and localized development in every barangay.
📌 OBJECTIVES OF THE BARANGAY CHAPTER REVITALIZATION DRIVE
Re-activate Grassroots Leadership: Re-organize, screen, and appoint dedicated Barangay Chapter Officers who embody our core values of Unity, Truthfulness, Uprightness, Fairness, Bravery, and Dignity.
Launch Isang Bansa Pilipino, Para sa Bawat Pilipino Hubs.
Identify idle public or private lots within your urban communities to establish urban IBP Bayanihan Farms and communal livelihood projects and for IBP Brgy House/Office hub.
Mobilize "Isang Bansa Pilipino, Para sa Bawat Pilipino' advocacy campaign drives: Establish localized desks to champion national unity organizers, community bayanihan, and shared responsibility awareness at the household level.
Roll Out Community Welfare Protocols: Set up ready-to-act volunteer crews for localized clean-up drives, outreach and nutrition programs, and climate and environmental resilience.
PROVINCIAL, MUNICIPAL & CITY CHAPTER CALL TO ACTION
All Provincial, City and Municipal Coordinators are hereby directed to initiate the following immediate steps: Convene Emergency Strategy Meetings: Gather your existing municipality/city-level core groups to map out all active and inactive IBP barangay chapters.
Submit the Barangay Chapter Roster: Update and submit your official lists of newly appointed barangay leaders and our member rooster list to the IBP National Central Office.
Identify Localized Vulnerabilities: Map out families/ areas needing immediate civic intervention and help. Such as unfortunate individuals who suffered from illnesses without being cared for or no help received, underutilized urban spaces, or sectors lacking basic livelihood frameworks. We are here to simplify the basic needs of our people. We will try to help.
JOIN THE MOVEMENT: CALL FOR NEW VOLUNTEERS at all Brgy Levels. Are you a proud resident of the municipality or city who wants to bring the true Bayanihan spirit back to your neighborhood? We need you! We are looking for: Barangay Coordinators & Sectoral Leaders and Youth Advocates (IBP Youth) Public Relations and Volunteers. Urban Farming and Livelihood Trainers.
Let us reject the culture of dependence and political division. Let us stand together and declare: "Para sa Bawat Pilipino!"
For chapter registration, template submission forms, and coordination protocols, please coordinate directly with your respective focal leaders/coordinators or message the official Isang Bansa Pilipino National Secretariat/Regional and Provincial leaders.
IBP can help you tailor the strategic plan to move this into reality. Please let us know:What specific date and location should be added for the initial brgy launch assembly or meeting? What should be our top priority? Who will give instructions and orientation? Are there particular priority areas you want to highlight first? Just let us know.
The details that no one should forget to align all these structures to the IBP National Committee on Membership. (I.e. Regional, Provincial, City, Municipality, Brgy level)

We must fortify our "people connectivity" to build true community self-reliance from the northernmost barangay of Luzon down to the central hemisphere of Visayas and the Southernmost frontiers of Mindanao!
