The JRU Central Student Council, together with our student leaders from the different Recognized Student Organizations, had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Vicente K. Fabella, University President for a meaningful Courtesy Call this afternoon.

We shared a look back at the Councilโ€™s initiatives, the progress of our previous 27 Executive Resolutions, the concerns and recommendations gathered from Rizalians, and our proposed resolutions for A.Y. 2026โ€“2027. We also presented the initiatives we are preparing for the months aheadโ€”from student services and organizational engagement to community outreach, leadership, legal awareness, and the Rizalian Intramurals.

More than a presentation, today was an opportunity to listen, exchange perspectives, and strengthen the relationship between student leaders and University administration.

As we move forward, we remain committed to bringing the Rizalian voice to the tableโ€”not only to raise concerns, but to build solutions together.

This outreach program aims to introduce educators to the world of Artificial Intelligence and Prompt Engineering, providing them with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in using AI tools to support teaching, learning, and everyday educational tasks.

More importantly, the workshop highlights the importance of the ethical and responsible use of AI, encouraging educators to understand not only what AI can do, but also how it can be used thoughtfully, safely, and responsibly in an educational setting.

Through collaboration, creativity, and responsible technology use, we hope to help educators discover new ways to create engaging learning materials, streamline their work, and enhance the classroom experience while keeping integrity and human judgment at the heart of education.

Because when educators are empowered with the right knowledge and the right tools, they can inspire an entire generation of learners.๐Ÿฉท
