The REACH Foundation, Inc., represented by our President, Mr. Abelardo Apollo I. David, Jr., OTRP, MOccThy, LPT, is truly grateful and honored to take part in the inauguration of the Harmony Learning Center conducted last January 30, 2026 in Cotabato City.

This meaningful milestone was made possible through the support of the City Government and LGU, spearheaded by Mayor Mohammad Ali “Bruce” Matabalao, in partnership with Community and Family Services, Inc. (CFSI), led by Steven Muncy, BSW, MSW, MPH, DrPH.

We celebrate this shared commitment to inclusive education and community development.

𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗿

October 9, 2025 . A Memorandum of Agreement was formally signed between the REACH Foundation and the Province of Camarines Sur.

This solidifies their commitment to institutionalize FREE access to pediatric therapy services through Teletherapy.
Spearheading the signing was Gov. Luis Raymund F. Villafuerte, Jr., Governor of Camarines Sur, and Abelardo Apollo I. David, Jr., REACH Foundation’s Executive Director.
Dedicated teams from the REACH Foundation and Province of Camarines Sur comprised of therapists, social workers, and administrative staff work hand in hand to ensure that occupational, physical, and speech therapy services reach our beneficiaries effectively and efficiently.

Stay tuned for further updates on our endeavor to make a meaningful impact in the lives of local Filipino communities.
