To the Rizalian who's been feeling a little tired lately,

Not just from exams, deadlines, or responsibilities, but from everything life has been asking of you.

We hope you know that your worth is not measured by your grades, your achievements, or how much you can handle before you finally need a break.

Tonight, we light our campus blue as a reminder that your mental health matters, even on the days when everything else seems more urgent.

You are more than what you accomplish. You are a person worth caring for, too.

And we hope you never forget that. ๐Ÿ’™
