Mandaluyong CPS Arrests Eastern Samar’s Rank 2 Most Wanted Person
The Mandaluyong City Police Station, under the leadership of PCOL REYNAN V PATAM, Chief of Police, successfully apprehended the Rank 2 Station-Level Most Wanted Person of the Can-avid Municipal Police Station, Eastern Samar, during a joint law enforcement operation conducted on June 15, 2026, in Barangay Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City.
The operation was carried out by personnel of the Warrant and Subpoena Section of Greenfield Police Sub-Station 3, and Can-avid Municipal Police Station, Eastern Samar. The accused was arrested by virtue of three warrants of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court in Dolores, Eastern Samar, for charges including R**e and violations of Republic Act No. 9262, otherwise known as the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004.
Following the arrest, the accused was informed of his constitutional rights, subjected to a medical examination, and subsequently placed under temporary custody pending further legal proceedings.
The successful operation highlights the continuing commitment of the Philippine National Police to locate and arrest wanted persons and ensure that justice is served, regardless of where offenders attempt to evade the law.
