These occasions recognize not only the fulfillment of housing obligations, but also the values of responsibility, discipline, and dignity demonstrated by our homepartners. As shared by one of our Board of Trustees members, "Honoring one's financial commitments is not merely an obligation—it is a reflection of integrity and self-respect." Through their faithful housing repayments, our homepartners honor their commitments and, at the same time, help make affordable housing possible for other families who dream of having a home of their own. 💙

SNKI Kamarin Community Site Visits

iHome GMM, in partnership with the DHSUD, conducted a series of site visits and community meetings at the SNKI Kamarin Community in Caloocan City, in line with the ongoing strengthening and reorganization of the HOA.

The activities facilitated the appointment of the interim Board of Directors and the election of the Election Committee (ELECOM) in preparation for the upcoming HOA election and organizational updates.

Several members of the iHome GMM Board of Trustees also attended the site visits to support the community and encourage active participation among homeowners toward building a stronger and more united association..💙

BANAI Site Visit
May 15, 2026
iHome GMM conducted a site visit at the BANAI Community at Rodriguez Rizal last May 15, 2026. During the activity, COO and TCT were awarded to 2 fully paid homepartners, Statements of Account (SOA) were distributed, and TOR applications for new homepartners were processed. The updating of the HOA registration with the DHSUD was also discussed with the HOA officers.

The activity was attended by 4 BOT representatives, who encouraged the community to continue nurturing and improving their neighborhood, while reminding everyone that through their repayments, they also help provide affordable housing opportunities for other families in need.. 💙

iHome GMM at the Association of Foundations (AF) 54th General Assembly

iHome Greater Metro Manila, Inc. was represented by Mr. Rey Ibarra during the 54th General Assembly of the Association of Foundations (AF) held last May 13, 2026 at Novotel Manila.

The AF is the Philippines’ pioneering and largest network of non-government organizations and foundations, AF continues to strengthen the nonprofit sector through capacity building, collaboration, and good governance initiatives.

As an active member of AF, iHome GMM remains committed to advancing community development through affordable and sustainable housing programs for marginalized Filipino families. Through the years, iHome GMM has continued to participate in AF activities and learning opportunities that help strengthen our mission, partnerships, and organizational development.

We thank AF for continuously providing a platform where organizations can collaborate, learn, and work together toward nation-building and social transformation. 💙

This marks another step forward in their journey toward secure homeownership, reflecting their dedication and commitment in fulfilling their housing responsibilities.

Volunteer Activity Update | March 21

A big thank you to our volunteers from Union Church of Manila-Missions & Benevolence (UCM M&B) for their time and support at the Napindan Socialized Housing Project!

With the help of 23 volunteers, the team successfully completed the 1st and 2nd coating of primer paint on the second floor of the project.. Your effort and dedication truly make a difference in improving the homes of our Homepartner-Beneficiaries.

Beyond the painting work, the group also took time to share the Word of God with the homepartner-beneficiaries and skilled workers—bringing not only physical improvements, but also encouragement and inspiration to the community.

And the work continues—the group is planning to return to carry out the primer painting on the ground floor.

We are grateful to UCM M&B for your continued partnership and service..💙

DHSUD HOA Seminar Participation
February 26–27, 2026

Representatives from iHome GMM communities — BASECO (Manila), Napindan Socialized Housing Project (Taguig), and SNKI (Caloocan) — participated in the DHSUD Seminar on Revisiting the Important Features of the 2024 Revised IRR of RA No. 9904 and its Application to Associations under CMPs/GFIs and Neighborhoods.

The activity was also attended by iHome GMM staff and a Board of Trustees representative to support the community participants and further strengthen the partnership in promoting responsible HOA governance.

The seminar provided valuable discussions on important HOA matters such as:
