BASECO Monthly Awarding of Certificates of Ownership

This marks another step forward in their journey toward secure homeownership, reflecting their dedication and commitment in fulfilling their housing responsibilities.

Volunteer Activity Update | March 21

A big thank you to our volunteers from Union Church of Manila-Missions & Benevolence (UCM M&B) for their time and support at the Napindan Socialized Housing Project!

With the help of 23 volunteers, the team successfully completed the 1st and 2nd coating of primer paint on the second floor of the project.. Your effort and dedication truly make a difference in improving the homes of our Homepartner-Beneficiaries.

Beyond the painting work, the group also took time to share the Word of God with the homepartner-beneficiaries and skilled workers—bringing not only physical improvements, but also encouragement and inspiration to the community.

And the work continues—the group is planning to return to carry out the primer painting on the ground floor.

DHSUD HOA Seminar Participation
February 26–27, 2026

Representatives from iHome GMM communities — BASECO (Manila), Napindan Socialized Housing Project (Taguig), and SNKI (Caloocan) — participated in the DHSUD Seminar on Revisiting the Important Features of the 2024 Revised IRR of RA No. 9904 and its Application to Associations under CMPs/GFIs and Neighborhoods.

The activity was also attended by iHome GMM staff and a Board of Trustees representative to support the community participants and further strengthen the partnership in promoting responsible HOA governance.

The seminar provided valuable discussions on important HOA matters such as:

✔️ Election Concerns
✔️ Gate Fees
✔️ HOA Dues
✔️ And many more governance-related topics

Isaiahville Awarding of Certificates of Ownership & Land Titles
iHome Greater Metro Manila, Inc. celebrates a meaningful milestone with the Isaiahville community through the Awarding of Certificates of Ownership and Land Titles last February 24, 2026.

Many of the homepartner-beneficiaries in the community have gone through a long journey of learning and understanding the spirit of the iHome GMM housing program. Through continuous dialogue and partnership, families came to appreciate that the program is built on shared responsibility and sustainability—where homepartners help repay the cost of their homes at an affordable rate so that more families in need can also be given the opportunity to have a home of their own.

Today, these same families proudly stand not only as homeowners, but also as partners in helping others achieve the same dream of secure and dignified housing.

Congratulations to the Isaiahville homepartners for this important achievement. Your commitment and cooperation continue to inspire the mission of building stronger communities and extending the opportunity of affordable housing to more families. 💙

UCM Missions & Benevolence Partners Visit iHome GMM

iHome Greater Metro Manila, Inc. welcomed the Union Church of Manila Missions and Benevolence (UCM-MB) partners during their partnership visit to the iHome GMM Office last February 19, 2026.

This activity is part of the UCM-MB program to deepen partnerships with community-based organizations, understand ongoing initiatives, and explore opportunities to further support housing and community development projects.

Members of the iHome GMM Board of Trustees and staff joined the meeting, sharing project updates, challenges, and future plans for the communities we serve. The visit also fostered meaningful conversations on collaborative efforts that strengthen our mission of providing dignified and affordable housing for Filipino families.

We are excited and grateful for the ongoing partnership—and we look forward to the upcoming volunteer painting activity led by the UCM-MB team as part of their continued support for our communities. 💙
