Red Cross Youth (RCY) is one of the Major Services of Philippine Red Cross along with Safety Service, Community Health and Nursing Services, National Blood Services, Social Services and Disaster Management Service. All of these services have their own but interrelated and complex functions in the service of the most vulnerable. We, in the RCY, caters to and develop children and youth ages 7-25 yea

rs old for them to become effective humanitarian leaders of tomorrow while being a peer educator of today.

General information

=========================================== RCY can be found in almost all the 99 Chapters of Philippine Red Cross. We are already endorsed by the Department of Education as one of their co-curricular organizations to which we also have an existing Memorandum of Agreement. RCY also have existing MOAs with CHED, TESDA and PACU. We encourage all children and youth to become volunteers of humanity by becoming members and volunteers Red Cross Youth. We have lots of fun-filled developmental trainings and activities for children and youth. Come and JOIN RCY NOW! =========================================== HOW TO JOIN and become VOLUNTEERS?! Usually Red Cross staff coordinates with school or community head to establish an RCY Council (school/ community based club/ organization). There you can sign up as volunteers.
