Myasthenia Gravis Support of the Phils., Inc. Myasthenia Gravis Support of the Phils. Inc. (MGSPI) is a non-profit organization which aims to reach out and help Filipinos with myasthenia gravis.

Myasthenia Gravis Support Group of the Phils., Inc. is a newly established group, wherein the members are myasthenia gravis patients. We are still in the process of its registration to the Securities and Exchange Commission. We roughly have 200 members from all over the Philippines, and our main goal is to help them cope with myasthenia gravis.

Our Story

Myasthenia Gravis Support Group of the Phils., Inc. is a newly established group. the members are myasthenia gravis patients. We are still in the process of its registration to the Securities and Exchange Commission. We roughly have 400 members from all over the Philippines, and our main goal is to help them cope with Myasthenia gravis.

We also welcome members of the family or friends of persons with Myasthenia Gravis to be associate members. We are health advocates. We tell people about this rare disease. We share our supply of medicines whenever we can. Most of our members are unemployed. Many of our members have insufficient support funds from family to buy their medicines.

But together , we help ourselves and others by visiting friends in hospital. We accompany them in the walk to get a PWD ID . We journey with them when they prepare for surgery, when they are in the hospital operating room and ICU and ward. We share our experience .of FAITH AND NO FEAR. WE TRUST OUR SURGEONS AND OUR NEUROLOGISTS. We tell everyone of GOD’S LOVE.

We lose some of our members at a time of myasthenic crisis ..so we remind all to be careful, to keep away from risks of coughs and colds and other respiratory issues...from flu and pneumonia. We take time to love. Happily love comes our way. Donations of MEDICINES WE badly need, mestinon and imuran and cellcept..and nebulizers and oxymeters and scales and themometers and spyhgmomanometr and glucometers.. The providence of God sees us through each day. !!
