⚜️ Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Pagtatalaga 2026 ⚜️

A successful and meaningful Pagtatalaga Ceremony was held last February 6, 2026 at Andres Bonifacio Integrated School, marking another milestone in the journey of our Boy Scouts of the Philippines. This event would not have been possible without the guidance and dedication of our leaders.

We would like to sincerely acknowledge our Outfit Adviser, Sct. Jose O. Odsinada, and Assistant Outfit Adviser, Sct. Florenio De Asis Jr., for their unwavering support and leadership. Our heartfelt gratitude also goes to our institutional leader, Dr. Imelda O. Garcia, Principal IV, for her encouragement and continued support to scouting activities.

Special thanks to the teachers who joined and supported the activity: Sct. Richard P. Garcia, Sct. Lourdes R. Hesita, Sct. Robina T. Dianzon and Sct. Lea B. Quimora

After the Pagtatalaga, the scouts experienced an overnight camping, strengthening their camaraderie, discipline, and love for nature—truly living the spirit of scouting. During this activity, we extend our appreciation to Sct. Richard P. Garcia and Sct. Emely P. Pineda for joining and supporting the event.

ICYMI: The Senior Scouts of Andres Bonifacio Integrated School proudly participated in the Council - Wide Camporee 2025, the continuation celebration of the 25th Silver Anniversary of Mandaluyong City Council. The event happened last October 24-26 in the City of Pines , held at the Teachers Camp, Baguio City.⚜️🌲

During the event, the scouts have achieved numerous awards in different skills base programs ( Bandaging, Lashing, Knot Tying, Semaphore, Flag Folding and Tent Pitching) and SDGs programs, also they enjoy the other activities like the hiking were they guided all throughout their journey by their Outfit Advisor, Sct. Jose O. Odsinada and their Troop leader, Sct. Juanito O. Mortega Jr.🏆

After the event, they appreciated the beauty of the City of Pines by visiting different tourist attractions like the Burnham Park, Session Road and the Public Market of Baguio City. 🌲

ICYMI: Before the SCOUTING MONTH ends,

We just want you to know that the Senior Scouts of Andres Bonifacio Integrated School together with the Kab Scouts and Boy Scouts, once again took part in the annual activity of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, the SUNRISE PARADE with the theme “BSP @ 89: Service, Innovation, and Scouting for all,” held every 1st day of October. ⚜️

All the scouts of the City of Mandaluyong Council gathered in Mandaluyong Elementary School Gymnasium and showcased their talents based on the assigned theme in each institution.

In this event the Batang Andres bagged two awards as they rendered the original song composed by their Adult Leader Sct. Emely P. Pineda and Sct. Jose M. Nueva Jr. entitled "Kabataang ABISians". In this composition, they aimed to share the concept on how to show respect to the elders.

On this day, the SCL President Kenneth John E. Rosagaron and Senior Scouts of Andres Bonifacio Integrated School proudly wear their neckerchiefs for World Scout Scarf Day, celebrating the encouraging spirit of scouting. Each neckerchief represents a unique journey and it's a day to reflect and honor the values, friendships, acts of service and journey's we made, and today, we proudly wear our scarves connecting us with scouts across the world. Lets come together and embrace the spirit of scouting and the bonds that tie us together!
