Some conversations give you something to think about. This one gave us a lot to take back.
Our September Tipanan, Katatagan: Developing Resilient Leaders and Workforces in a Volatile World, brought together HR, talent, and learning leaders at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas for an afternoon filled with ideas, questions, shared experiences, and conversations that matter to the future of work.
The theme could not have been more timely.
As organizations navigate constant change, new technologies, evolving skills, and an increasingly complex workplace, building resilient leaders and workforces has become more than a business conversation. It is a people conversation.
And we were fortunate to have three voices who brought depth and perspective to that conversation:

But beyond the presentations, what truly made this Tipanan special was the community in the room.

The thoughtful conversations that continued long after a speaker stepped away from the stage.
And this gathering was also a chance to welcome our newest PSTD members into the community. We are glad to have you with us, and we look forward to the conversations, connections, and ideas we will share along the way.
These are the moments that make Tipanan more than an event.
They remind us why bringing the HR, talent, and learning community together matters.
