🇾 🇦 🇵 🇦 🇰: 𝐘ugto ng 𝐀ting 𝐏agkakaisahan, 𝐀lab ng 𝐊atatagan
This October 10, 2025, in celebration of World Mental Health Awareness Day, we 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤—taking each step together in our solidarity walk for mental health awareness and self-care. The event served as a meaningful reminder that healing truly begins when we care for our own minds just as much as we care for others. 💚
🧠 Mental health isn’t only about who we are, but also how we nurture ourselves. Before we ask others how they’re doing, let’s take a moment to ask ourselves the same question. Self-love is not selfish—it’s essential. In today’s world, where we often prioritize others first, may we remember that caring for ourselves allows us to care better for those around us.
As we look back on this meaningful event, we lift our deepest gratitude to the 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘆—for His guidance, provision, and protection throughout the day. Truly, every step we took was made possible through His grace, keeping everyone safe and the event successful. 🙏
We would like to express our gratitude to our ever-supportive Principal, 𝗠𝗮'𝗮𝗺 𝗚𝗶𝗴𝗶 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, for her unwavering support throughout this activity.
