Batch 11 – 2nd Session Completed!
The PME Mentoring and Coaching Program for Batch 11 has successfully concluded its 2nd Session — a crucial milestone in the journey of our aspirants.
With the updated procedures released by the Professional Regulation Commission, our mentees are now fully prepared to file their applications through LERIS and take the next bold step toward becoming Professional Mechanical Engineers.
Our sincere appreciation goes to our dedicated mentors from PSIM Manila Chapter — Engr. Alberto I. Loresco Jr. and Engr. Nelson M. Pasamonte — for generously sharing their knowledge, experience, and unwavering guidance throughout the session.
We also extend our gratitude to the former mentees who have now stepped up as leaders, guiding the next generation of aspirants. Your willingness to give back reflects the true spirit of this program. Special thanks to our VP Internal Engr. Mirriam A. Mangarobang, PME, and our active members Engr. Mary Cris Ann Barba, PME and Engr. Julius Aguirre, PME for facilitating and supporting this session.
This is more than a mentoring program — it is a growing community. A culture where knowledge is shared, experience is passed on, and success is multiplied. What started as guidance has now become a movement, carried forward by those who once walked the same path.
