The afternoon was dedicated to the practical side of resilience. The focus was sharp: Mainstreaming Climate & DRR into local plans (DHSUD), powerful Case Studies (Southern Leyte/Tanay), and a critical session on Financing Local Climate Action with the DOF and DENR.
