This engaging activity offers participants the opportunity to learn and appreciate the weaving traditions and cultural heritage of the Dumagat Indigenous Community through a hands-on experience. It is a wonderful chance to explore Filipino indigenous culture, discover traditional craftsmanship, and build meaningful connections. โจ

Ms. Eleonor V. Atencio is a member of the Dumagat/Remontado ICCs/IPs of Brgy. Cuyambay, Tanay, Rizal. A teacher by profession, she is currently serving her community as a public-school teacher under the Department of Education in Tanay, Rizal.
She has been the School IPED Coordinator of Cuyambay Elementary School from 2013 up to the present and has also served as the District IPED Coordinator of Tanay, Rizal since 2014.
Ms. Atencio is also the current President of the Dumagat Indigenous Peoples (IPs) Community, continuously advocating for the preservation of Indigenous culture, traditions, and education within her community.
