💙📚 Gov. XJ’s Youth CARE Program for MHS Grade 7 Learners; BKD Officers Assist as Facilitators

Under the guidance of BKD Adviser Ma’am Rose Calingasan Nuñez, the BKD officers and members actively assisted in facilitating the program’s activities, helping ensure the smooth and orderly flow of the event. Their dedication, teamwork, and commitment reflected the organization’s continued support for initiatives that promote youth development and positive values.

The Youth CARE Program, spearheaded by Governor Xavier Jesus “XJ” Romualdo, provides meaningful learning experiences that encourage responsible decision-making, leadership, and holistic youth development.

The MNHS Barkada Kontra Droga remains committed to serving the school community by supporting programs that empower learners, strengthen character, and promote a safe, healthy, and drug-free environment.

💙📢 MNHS Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) | First Meeting for the Month of July

📸 IN PHOTOS | The Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) of Mambajao National High School successfully conducted its first meeting for the month of July on July 2, 2026. The meeting was led by BKD President Jabez Oliver Dirigie Ouano together with the BKD officers.

The meeting focused on important organizational matters, including the BKD T-shirt collection and preparations for the upcoming BKD Oath-Taking Ceremony. These discussions aimed to ensure that all officers and members are well-informed and prepared for the organization’s upcoming activities.

Through the leadership, cooperation, and commitment of the BKD officers and members, the organization remains united and ready to fulfill its mission of promoting a safe, disciplined, and drug-free school community.

💚📢 MNHS Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) | Special Grade 7 Representative Election

📸 IN PHOTOS | The Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) of Mambajao National High School successfully conducted the Special Grade 7 Representative Election on June 26, 2026 to select the organization’s Grade 7 student representatives.

The election was led by BKD President Jabez Oliver Dirigie Ouano, together with BKD Secretary Franz Aireyne Daang and BKD Treasurer Kristine Kinaadman. The activity was supervised and validated by Curriculum Chairman Ma’am Chenee Lou Chiong Cagulada, Grade 7 Lemon Adviser, and Ma’am Marilyn Bell Balaba, Grade 7 Kiwi Adviser.

Through the leadership, cooperation, and active participation of the BKD officers and members, the organization successfully elected its Grade 7 representatives who will serve as leaders, role models, and advocates of a safe, disciplined, and drug-free school community.

With great joy and excitement, the Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Family of Mambajao National High School warmly welcomes back our beloved BKD Adviser, 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 Rose Calingasan Nuñez.

Today marks another meaningful chapter for our organization as Ma’am Rose officially returns to guide and mentor us once again. Her message, “Hello everyone, by the power vested on me by our Principal, I’m back as your adviser🥰, happy to serve you again,” brought happiness and inspiration to every BKD officer and member.

For years, Ma’am Rose has been more than an adviser—she has been a mentor, a source of encouragement, and a strong pillar of leadership who continuously inspires students to uphold the values and mission of Barkada Kontra Droga.

As she resumes her role, we look forward to creating new memories, achieving greater milestones, and continuing our advocacy with her guidance and support. Her dedication, passion, and commitment to serving the youth remain an inspiration to all of us.

The Mambajao National High School Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) successfully conducted its Third Meeting, led by our dedicated BKD President, 𝗝𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘇 𝗢𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗼.
During the meeting, the officers discussed the upcoming programs and activities of the Provincial Youth Department, which aim to empower young people and guide them toward becoming responsible, disciplined, and productive members of society. These initiatives are designed to strengthen positive values, promote youth development, and raise awareness about the dangers of illegal drugs and other harmful influences.
As advocates of a drug-free community, the BKD remains committed to fostering leadership, integrity, and active participation among students. Through continuous education, collaboration, and service, we strive to inspire positive change and help build a brighter future for the youth.

Today, we honor and express our deepest gratitude to a remarkable mentor, leader, and adviser who has dedicated her time, wisdom, and unwavering support to the Barkada Kontra Droga Organization.

For the past three years, Ma’am Rose Calingasan Nuñez has been a guiding light to every BKD officer and member. Through her dedication and commitment, she helped strengthen our organization, inspired us to lead with integrity, and encouraged us to serve our fellow students with passion and purpose.

As she steps down from her role as BKD Adviser, we reflect on the countless memories, achievements, and valuable lessons she has shared with us. Her leadership has left a lasting impact on our organization and on the lives of the students she has guided.

Ma’am Rose, thank you for believing in us, for nurturing our potential, and for standing beside us through every challenge and success. The values you have instilled in us—leadership, responsibility, respect, and service—will continue to guide us as we carry forward the mission of BKD.
