2. Must be a resident of JPLPC-Malvar Campus for at least two (2) consecutive semesters and at least a second (2nd) year student of BSTM program.
3. Students with or without OJT for the incoming academic year are allowed to run.
4. Must have a general weighted average of at least 3.00 and have no deficient subject/s during the last semester attended.
5. Must not have a deficient subject (dropped, incomplete or 5.00) taken in the university.
6. Enrolled with at least 18 units during the election period and the following semester or as prescribed by their curriculum.
