🌿 Mind Matters: Promoting Wellness in Every ICONS and Lady ICONS 🌿

The ICSB–ICSM Guidance and Counseling Office, in coordination with the Peer Facilitators, successfully held a Psychological First Aid Webinar for our Junior and Senior High School students! 💚

With the insightful talk of Mr. Mark Joseph M. Jumaquio, RPm, students learned valuable strategies on managing stress, preventing burnout, and supporting one another through emotional challenges. 💭✨

The event also highlighted the importance of mental health awareness and how small acts of care and understanding can make a big difference in promoting wellness within our school community. 🧠💚

Thank you to everyone who joined and participated! Let’s continue to make our minds matter because mental wellness starts with you. 🌱
