𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀!!

Our dedicated officers, Ms. Yza A. De Guzman (Membership Head) and Ms. Alexis Renee S. Mag-isa (Vice Chairperson for Science), proudly represented our organization at the 3rd Talakayan titled "Tatag: Pagsuong sa Alon Patungong Tagumpay," held last April 12, 2025, at the BulSU E-Library. The event was hosted by the Office of the Student Organization and Activities (OSOA) under the SAIL Academy 2025, where 67 student leaders attended, addressed as "Sailers" from various organizations within the institution. They gathered to take part in an intensive leadership training program that is designed to enhance their organizational competency, resilience, and collaboration. The event tackled various essential topics for every student leader to know, such as:

• Proper documentation and submission of activity proposals, financial reports, and renewal requirements,

• Understanding organizational evaluation metrics,

• Detailed insights on the QUEST 2025,

• The introduction of the process on the requirements for the OSOA Executive Board Member Hunt, where students have an exciting opportunity to grow beyond their organizations.

Furthermore, the event also put emphasis on the importance of being accountable, transparent, and compliant, which provided the participants with essential skills to navigate and lead the complex work of being a student leader.
