A Rotary Club composed of young professionals - entrepreneurs, government and private practitioners. Meets every Saturday at Bistro Maloleño.

Club No. 87333, Chartered: March 1, 2016. The Rotary Club of Malolos Liping Hiyas (RCMLH), chartered in March 1, 2016, is one of the youngest clubs in RI District 3770. RCMLH is the only club in the district composed of young professionals between the age of 23 to 35. The club may be young but they are dynamic. They have already done numerous projects and recognized by different institutions in just a year of existence.

Important Update: New Venue for Voter Registration

The voter registration event on December 13, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM will now be held at the Bulacan State University 7th Floor E-Library, MacArthur Highway, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Everyone is encouraged to take this opportunity to make their voices count. Bring one valid ID to register.

The iChoose: Malolos Youth Convergence 2025, which was originally scheduled on October 4, 2025 but was postponed due to inclement weather, will now be held on December 13, 2025 (Saturday) at the Amphitheater, 7th Floor, E-Library, Bulacan State University, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Registration starts at 7:30 AM
Program begins at 8:00 AM

We’re this close — and Malolos is part of the story.

Did you know the global fight to end polio began right here in the Philippines?

In 1979, Rotary launched its very first polio vaccination project in our country — a campaign that became the blueprint for the worldwide End Polio Now movement.

Today, local clubs like the Rotary Club of Malolos Liping Hiyas continue that proud legacy here in Bulacan, standing “this close” to ending polio forever.

On this World Polio Day, we celebrate decades of dedication — and renew our commitment to ensure no child is ever disabled by polio again.
