WE’RE ONLINE! And yes, we built this ourselves.

On Sunday, September 20, 2026, the Rotary Club of Malolos Liping Hiyas held its first hybrid meeting, with some members joining us face-to-face while others took part online through our very own RCMLH Online Meeting system.

We know that not everyone can always make it to the venue. Work, traffic, family, and other commitments can get in the way. So we wanted to give our members another option. If you can’t make it physically, you can still be there.

And yes, we’re pretty proud of this one!

Meetings are also recorded, so members who miss a meeting can watch it later through the Member’s Portal. No need to ask around about what happened or what was discussed.

This is just one of the features we’ve built into our official website, to make being part of RCMLH easier and more accessible for our members.

Curious about what we do? Explore our videos, music, newsletters, and stories, then find out how you can join us, support our projects, or become a partner in creating lasting impact.

Ready for the final artist spotlight? Let’s end the series with one of the recognized names in the Bulacan art community: Oliver Marquez. 🎨

From commercial art and drafting to major national competitions, naging remarkable ang journey ni Oliver back to painting.

After stepping away from painting for a decade, bumalik siya sa art noong 2011. Since then, nakatanggap siya ng major recognitions, including Grand Prizes in the PAGCOR National Art Competition, Art Association of the Philippines On-the-Spot Competition, and Governor Ejercito Pagsanjan Art Competition.

He has also received multiple GSIS National Art Competition wins and the Dangal ng Lipi recognition.

Sa kanyang acrylic works, gumagamit siya ng layered textures, strong color, at fragmented forms to create paintings that invite viewers to look closer and find their own interpretation.

What if a painting could do more than simply hang on a wall? That’s the idea behind Romelie Ramos’ “Automata Painting.”

During the pandemic, bumalik siya sa paggawa ng artworks and eventually pursued visual art more fully. His “Automata Painting” approach incorporates movement and viewer interaction, inviting audiences to experience art in a different way.

From fine art to creative production and entrepreneurship, ang creative journey ni Mary Grace Santos ay definitely maraming pinagdaanan.

A Malolos-born artist and Bulacan State University Fine Arts graduate, Grace works primarily in acrylic and has explored unconventional materials such as recycled glass flakes and string-line techniques.

Her Abstract Realism practice draws inspiration from nature, culture, and the bond between mother and child.

Sa kanyang work, pinagsasama niya ang traditional painting approaches with experimentation, creating a visual language that continues to evolve.

May art na agad nakaka-capture ng attention through light, shadow, and mood. That’s one way to look at the work of Joey Camua.

With roots in Malolos, nagsimula ang passion ni Joey sa art noong bata pa siya.

Sumali siya sa Bahaghari art workshop noong 1998 at naging full member soon after. Since then, naging bahagi siya ng annual exhibitions at competitions, kabilang ang Art Association of the Philippines Annual Art Competition.

Influenced in part by Francisco José de Goya, ginagamit ni Joey ang dramatic light, shadow, at warm earth tones sa kanyang portraiture at still life works.
