PICPA Bulacan Joins Other PICPA Central Luzon Region Chapters in the “Tsinelas Para sa mga Bata” Gift-Giving Activity 🩴

On October 3, 2026, PICPA Bulacan Chapter, together with PICPA Chapters of Angeles, Aurora, Bataan, Cabanatuan, FAB, Nueva Ecija, Olongapo, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales participated in the "Tsinelas Para sa mga Bata”, gift-giving activity spearheaded by PICPA Central Luzon Region and PICPA Aurora Chapter, held in Baler, Aurora.

The initiative brought smiles to children through the distribution of slippers, candies, and fun-filled activities, reflecting the spirit of bayanihan, compassion, and service beyond the profession. ✨

PICPA Bulacan Chapter Extends Assistance to Flood-Affected Families in Hagonoy, Bulacan 🤝

In the spirit of compassion, unity, and service, PICPA Bulacan Chapter, in collaboration with the Government Association of Certified Public Accountants (GACPA), joined hands in extending relief assistance to families affected by the recent flooding in Hagonoy, Bulacan, on October 6, 2026.

Through this initiative, essential relief goods were distributed to help ease the burden of affected families and bring hope during these challenging times.

This meaningful collaboration reflects our shared commitment to community service and the spirit of *bayanihan*, reminding us that beyond our profession lies a greater responsibility to serve and uplift communities in need.

The Search for the Outstanding Accounting Students of the Philippines (SOASP) continues in its 28th year as P&A Foundation, Inc., the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Commerce and Industry (ACPACI) formalized their partnership through the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA).

Through this partnership, the organizations aim to provide a platform to recognize and celebrate academic excellence, leadership, professional competence, and meaningful contributions to the accountancy profession.

The journey begins with the Qualifying Examination on February 20, 2027, with only 25 students earning a spot to become the next SOASP champion in the Grand Finals on March 19, 2027.

The 28th SOASP is open to all graduating students from different colleges and universities in the Philippines with good academic standing. For more details and the latest updates, follow P&A Grant Thornton’s official social media platforms and website.

Get ready for an exciting showcase of knowledge, skills, and excellence as aspiring accountants from various schools across Bulacan come together for the 2026 PICPA Bulacan Chapter Accounting Quiz Bowl!

In collaboration with PICPA Central Luzon Region, the event will also feature Project Count Me In, an initiative aimed at providing calculators to JPIAns from participating schools across Bulacan in support of their academic journey.

PICPA Bulacan Chapter joined the PICPA Aurora Chapter Induction and Turnover Ceremonies held on October 2, 2026, at the Bulwagang Senador Edgardo J. Angara, ASCOT General Education Building, Baler, Aurora.

The occasion brought together PICPA leaders and members from across Central Luzon, including Senior Regional Director Ferdinand J.
