Our Tech4ED Center remains committed to being a hub for digital empowerment, and having your team conduct these sessions on Anti-OSAEC, Anti-CSAEM, and the eGovPH Super App provides our students and ALS learners with the "digital armor" they need.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 3-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠

Demolok Valley National High School, in collaboration with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), successfully conducted its annual Digital Literacy Training from March 2–4, 2026. The program was attended by Grade 12 students, newly-hired teachers, and ALS learners.

The final day of the training focused on Cyber Security and the strategic use of Social Media and Digital Tools for Education and Career Development, led by guest speaker Mr. Esperidion Jr. A. Pamat.

𝑳𝑶𝑶𝑲 : 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒌 𝑽𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒚 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒚 successfully conducted the 2-Day Basic Digital Literacy Training cm Symposium Program on Cyber Security Awareness of S.Y: 2024 - 2025 held on March 13-14, 2025 at DVNHS. The beneficiaries of the program were the Grade 7 to 12 and ALS SHS students. Participants learned the basics of computers as well as the use of MS Office applications such as Word, Spreadsheet and PowerPoint.

They have also experienced encoding data and even tried to create their own presentations using MS PowerPoint. Furthermore, participants tried to recapitulate and express their experiences and learnings about cyber security awareness during the 2-day of the Digital Literacy Training.

This training was conducted by the DICT Team - Davao Occidental of Region XI headed by the DICT DavOcc Provincial Head, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐄𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐞 𝐂. 𝐕𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐬, 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐠, Project Planning Officer II, Esperidion Jr. A. Pamat, and Ma'am Jhonavae T. Dongalo, Project Development Officer for sharing your expertise in the field of Information Communication and Technology.

This training was initiated by 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐋. 𝐁𝐚𝐣𝐚-Tech4Ed Manager/SHS Teacher with the support of his SHS coordinator, 𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐞 𝐔. 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐨-Master Teacher-II, with the full support of 𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦 𝐉𝐚𝐲 𝐕. The Demolok Valley National High School is taking a leap forward with the recent installation of a VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) at its Tech4ED Center, courtesy of DICT Region 11 on April 4, 2024.

The installation of the VSAT reflects DICT Region 11's commitment to bridging the digital divide and ensuring that even schools in remote areas have access to the same opportunities as their urban counterparts. By providing reliable internet connectivity, the VSAT enables Demolok Valley National Highschool to create a more inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
