OFFICE MEMO NO. 6
Series of 2026
DATE : February 9, 2026
TO : All Students, Employees an Staffs
SUBJECT: PROHIBITION OF MOTORCYCLES WITH MODIFIED/OPEN PIPES
-------------------------------------------------------------------
To maintain a conducive, professional, and peaceful working environment, and to mitigate noise pollution within the College premises and its immediate vicinity, management is implementing strict regulations regarding vehicle exhaust systems.
Effective tomorrow, February 10, 2026, all motorcycles equipped with "open pipes," modified mufflers, or any exhaust system that emits excessive noise beyond the standard decibel limit are strictly prohibited from entering the College premises and parking facilities.
Please be guided by the following enforcement procedures:
1. Security personnel at the entrance gates have been instructed to inspect incoming motorcycles.
2. Motorcycles found to have modified/open pipes that generate excessive noise will be denied entry to the parking area immediately. Riders will be required to park outside the premises at their own risk.
3. This policy applies to all students, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel without exception.
This measure aligns with local traffic regulations and ordinances regarding noise pollution and aims to prevent disruption to office operations and disturbance to our neighbors.
We advise all motorcycle owners to ensure their vehicles comply with standard exhaust specifications. If you currently utilize a modified muffler, please reinstall the stock muffler or a silencer to gain access to the company parking facilities.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our workplace environment quiet and professional.
