COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SENIOR SUPERVISOR (1)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, Anthropology of Indigenous Studies, Environmental Science, Rural Development, Sociology, Economics.
• At least 1 year experience working with indigenous communities in the Philippines;
• With at least 1 year experience in community mobilization and participation;
• Experienced in reforestation, environmental projects, or natural resources management;
• Experience in livelihood development, food security or sustainable agriculture;
• Experience with data management software, statistical analysis software, and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with community-based or local government committees.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Demonstrated experience working both individually and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy and proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in multicultural settings.
• Commitment to social justice, equity and indigenous rights.
• Good time management, organizational and administrative skills.
• Hold a current Driver’s License.
• Willing to work in remote areas; can easily adapt into various communities, culture and practices
• At times this can be an active role requiring some lifting, setting up for events, walking, etc.
• This position may require occasional travel to locations across Bukidnon.
• Work may require dealing with emotionally volatile situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience work for a non-profit organization.
• Good knowledge of local community resources and ability to network with community resources.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, time management, program development and community development skills;
• Experience with data management software, statistical analysis software, and data visualization tools.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Believes in and practices the mission, goals of the program.
• Ability to work as a positive member of the program team, facilitating a team environment through personal behavior, work contributions and the sharing of experience and knowledge.
• Participates in the developing of new ideas and methods for program enhancement and has the ability to adjust and adapt to changes.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION ASSISTANT (1)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in any field of engineering, (preferably mechanical; not necessarily licensed) statistics, or related field;
• Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation roles, preferably in the development or nonprofit sector.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation concepts, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques and tools.
• Experience with data management software, statistical analysis software, and data visualization tools.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and findings effectively to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in multicultural settings.
• Commitment to transparency, accountability, and learning.
• Able to operate motorcycle and light vehicles; with driver's license
• Physically fit
