of outdoor enthusiasts with a heart to promote sustainable programs for the environment and vulnerable sector in the Philippines. The group was formed out of inspiration from the outstanding beauty of mountains and the sincere heart of people encountered in every climb. Kalatungan in Pangantucan, Bukidnon, Philippines by Liz Tiongson, a traveler and a humanitarian aid worker since 2008.

The core group has been exposed to various humanitarian missions both supported by local and international humanitatian agencies. The socio-economic and political battle-cry of the marginalized sector in the country is one of PDA's motivations to form a group that supports empowerment and well-being among one of the vulnerable sectors, the Indigenous People and least serve communities in the Philippines.
