It started with the biggest storm that hit the Philippine Shores: Typhoon Yolanda devastated Eastern Visayas in 2013 when four individuals from a small city in Mindanao got the community together for a benefit dinner that did not only bring a sense of camaraderie, and showcased the local food and talents in Malaybalay City, but gave roofs in 40 houses in Brgy Oras, Eastern Samar. g Malaybalay Foundation has committed to crossing bridges and helping out causes in and outside Malaybalay by organizing and promoting events and social enterprises that bring out that bring out the best of all communities. Partnering with local government and private entities, Tabang Malaybalay supports the marginalized and up-in-coming enterprises to provide a proactive, stable and healthy society.
