To all EPS aspirants, may bagong update ang Korea (HRDK) tungkol sa selection process ng E-9 foreign workers.
Based sa survey results, maraming employers ang nagsabi na nahihirapan ang workers lalo na sa:
โœ… speaking Korean
โœ… understanding work instructions
โœ… understanding safety rules
Because of this, HRDK will implement improvements in the interview evaluation, including:
๐Ÿ”น higher interview score allocation (more focus on speaking)
๐Ÿ”น more questions about work tools and job instructions
๐Ÿ”น deeper safety-related questions (based on KOSHA safety dialogues)
