The League of Sanitation Inspectors of the Philippines, Inc. is the national organization of sanitation inspectors in the country—often unseen yet indispensable frontliners who protect our communities by upholding food safety, ensuring access to safe water, maintaining environmental sanitation, and enforcing public health standards. As public health workers, sanitation inspectors stand at the frontlines of disease prevention and play a vital role in safeguarding the health, dignity, and well-being of the Filipino people.

At a time of deepening inequality, mounting public health challenges, climate-related risks, and growing pressures on public services, the need to build strong solidarity across all public health workers has never been more urgent. From sanitation inspectors to nurses, doctors, midwives, Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), and other health and care workers, our collective strength—and our power to create change—lies in unity.

Together, we will advance our shared struggle for: ✊ the protection and expansion of workers’ rights
✊ decent work, fair compensation, and safe, dignified working conditions in the health sector
✊ quality, accessible, and people-centered public services for all
