1. A bona fide resident of barangay Lun Padidu, Malapatan, Sarangani Province.
2. The applicant must present a Voter's Certification from the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) proving you are an active voter of Barangay Lun Padidu.
3. Must be currently enrolled in a Commission on Higher Education (CHED)-recognized Higher Education Institution (HEI), either private or public. He/she must have a proof of enrollment for the first semester of Academic Year, 2024-2025 and photocopy of School ID.
4. Must present proof of financial need, a Certificate of Indigency coming from the barangay office of Lun Padidu will do.
5. Willing to participate in HAPAG, Barkada, community outreach, and other SK-related programs.
6. The applicant must have an accomplished application form from the SK Office.
