From her humble beginnings at DSSF to her successful collegiate journey at University of Mindanao - Digos College, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Science, Shaina has exemplified determination, perseverance, and academic excellence.

Her inspiring success reflects years of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication to her dream of becoming an educator. Rising to national recognition, she not only brought pride to her family and alma maters but also became a shining inspiration to every student who dares to dream big.

Shaina’s achievement proves that excellence knows no limits. From being a HUMSS student at DSSF to becoming one of the country’s top-performing LET passers, her story is a powerful reminder that passion, discipline, and faith can turn aspirations into reality.

𝗠𝗮𝘆 11, 2026 | In preparation for the start of the upcoming school year 2026-2027, the Davao del Sur School of Fisheries—Youth Formation conducted its first meeting together with the presence of the School Coordinating Council, guided by their Youth Formation Adviser, Sir Kaddie Daligdig.

The meeting served as a step toward building an equiped and organized association. Prepared to take the lead in creating a more empowered community of young leaders—strengthening 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 and the 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 among the youth for the upcoming school year.

True leadership is never measured by titles alone, but by the willingness to serve, listen, and inspire others toward a shared purpose.

In the cool embrace of Eden Nature’s Park, Toril, Davao City, young leaders and teacher-advisers from across the region gathered for the successful conduct of the 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 — a celebration of leadership rooted in service and purpose.

Representing the Davao del Sur School of Fisheries and the Schools Division of Davao del Sur were Division Federated SSLG President, 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗼, together with Teacher-Adviser, 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗞𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗱𝗶𝗴, under the guidance of Division Youth Formation Coordinator, 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗹𝘆 𝗢𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗻.

After days filled with meaningful leadership activities, collaboration, and reflections on the true essence of servant leadership, Deborah Faith Malbino emerged as the 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿, while Sir Quinneth Kaddie Daligdig was elected as the 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿-𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿.

More than victories, these achievements reflect the heart of learner-leadership — leadership that chooses service over prestige, humility over recognition, and compassion over authority.

Through the leadership of Doc Warlito Hua, the gathering became a reminder that genuine leaders do not simply create moments; they build legacies that inspire generations.
