The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) together with the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) and Supreme Seconadary Learner Government (SSLG) of Dampalit Integrated School actively joined the "Walk for Nature and Coastal Clean-up Drive" spearheaded by Ziah Safety and Medical Services on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Megad**e, Barangay Dampalit, Malabon City. The event was held in observance of International Coastal Clean-up Day, which aims to raise awareness on the growing problem of marine litter and to promote the protection and conservation of aquatic ecosystems.

The activity opened with the “Walk for Nature Caravan,” participated in by different organizations, school volunteers, and club members across Malabon. Participants enthusiastically worked hand in hand to collect trash and debris along the flood control d**e, showing their commitment to keeping the community clean.

Also present were Malabon City Mayor Hon. Jeannie Sandoval and her husband, Former Congressman Ricky Sandoval, who both extended their gratitude to the organizers and participants for their efforts to safeguard the environment.

The clean-up drive concluded with a mangrove planting activity at the Megad**e, which highlighted the role of mangroves in protecting coastlines and supporting marine life. Overall, the program was a success thanks to the unity, cooperation, and dedication of every organization involved, all working toward the common goal of a cleaner and healthier environment.
