Ngayong araw, inaalala namin hindi lang ang iyong kaarawan, kundi ang buhay na buong puso mong inialay sa paglilingkod.
Ikaw ang nagsimula ng Don Basilio Hulong Duhat Fire Volunteer. Kung hindi dahil sa iyong pangarap, tapang, at malasakit sa komunidad, wala ang pamilyang tinatawag naming Don B.

Hindi man naging madali ang paglalakbay, at kahit dumating ang mga panahong kakaunti na lamang ang tunay na may malasakit at nananatiling tapat sa adhikain, ipinapangako naming hindi hahayaan na mabaon sa limot ang iyong sinimulan. Sisikapin naming ipagpatuloy ang misyong iyong itinayo—na may parehong puso, dedikasyon, at pagmamahal sa komunidad.
