𝐁𝐀𝐍 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐒 𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘.

The DLSAU SAMPISANAN is sending a gentle reminder to all Recognized Student Organizations with regard to 𝗕𝗔𝗡 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 from to JULY 28, 2025 until AUG 9, 2025 to give way for the upcoming Final examination.

NO ORIENTATIONS, RECRUITMENTS, APPLICATION, PROCESSING, or ACTIVITIES should be done during those periods by all the Recognized Student Organizations. Institutional Organizations such as SAMPISANAN, USC-CSC, TINIG, and COMELEC may continue their events with approval.

In line with this, processing of ANY paper work and follow-up for PPF during ban week will be entertained depending on the urgency, such as but not limited to; donation drives and emergency situations.

Approved PPFs may carry out their planned events, but only after the exam period and through online platforms.

The SAMPISANAN would like to humbly request that all officers of RSOs refrain from messaging the SAMPISANAN officers during ban week.

However, you may contact our Secretary General, Mr. Rafael Angelo Gulfo, for URGENT business only. More so, the SAMPISANAN would like to remind every RSO with APPLICANTS that reporting around their respective cabanas or any area in the school vicinity is NOT allowed during the ban week.

Please comply with the given directives, as those who do not will be SANCTIONED accordingly.

What an incredible kick-off to 𝐒𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐈𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐍 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐬 2025!

The De La Salle Araneta University Institutional Activity Center was absolutely buzzing with energy last 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 27, 2025, as we officially opened this year's highly anticipated sport fest. It was a true celebration of "Heart and Strengths, Shared Skills and Brilliance," with our recognized student organizations bringing their A-game and enjoying every moment with a blast!

The highlight, of course, was the symbolic 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐈𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐍 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐋𝐀𝐊𝐀𝐒 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐧, an inspiring moment that officially declared the games open and truly encapsulated the 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞 that defines this event.

The atmosphere was electric, fueled not only by the enthusiasm of our participating organizations but also by the fantastic performance of Araneta Avenues, who kept everyone on their feet!

From the ceremonial flag unveiling to the burning fire of camaraderie ignited by the cauldron, every element of the opening ceremony reinforced the essence of Siglakas: building connections that last a lifetime and pushing beyond competition to highlight shared skills and brilliance. It was a testament to the dedication and vibrant spirit of our Lasallian community.

A huge round of applause and heartfelt gratitude goes to our dedicated SAMPISANAN Siglakas Chair, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘀, for his unwavering leadership and hard work. The fire of camaraderie has been lit, and we encourage everyone to keep that passion burning throughout!

Let's keep the fire burning bright throughout the games! And remember, the exhilarating battles and the forging of lifelong bonds continue, but only until July 25, 2025. Don't miss out on the remaining action!

Continue to support our student organizations and celebrate the spirit of unity that makes DLSAU truly exceptional.

SAMPISANAN ELECTION AND REACCREDITATION FOR 2025-2026

Greetings, Everyone!

The SAMPISANAN Council Election is now open as of July 8, 2025 until July 18, 2025!

Every RSO is REQUIRED to submit a candidate to run for the council.

General Guidelines for SAMPISANAN council Elections:
1. All candidates shall run independently.
2. Only one representative per recognized organization can vote and be voted for the Executive Committee. Coordinators shall be excluded from this rule.
3. Posting of qualified candidates will be set by the SAMPISANAN.
4. Miting de Avance and Election date will be set by the members of SAMPISANAN for the year.

QUALIFICATIONS (applicable to all positions):

1. Must be a bonafide student of DLSAU with at least one (1) year of residency to their organization. If less than a year, the candidate must submit at least five (5) recommendation letter from the following that can vouch him/her:
o Organization Adviser
o Program Chair
o Alumni
o Previous SAMPISANAN Officer
o Any Institutional Organization Officer

2. If more than a year of residency, the candidate must submit 2 endorsement letters from the following:
o Organization Adviser
o Previous SAMPISANAN Officer

3. Should be second year or higher with at least 12 units, if below 12 units the candidate must submit a letter of appeal approved by their college dean.

4. Without derogatory records inside and outside the University.

5. Shall have at least three (3) full semesters left for the next school year.

6. Must not have any incoming position of any recognized organization for the next school year.

7. If a running candidate is a resident of two or more organizations, he/she will represent all the recognized student organizations they are affiliated with.

REQUIREMENTS
The following requirements are to be submitted on the date set by the SAMPISANAN:

1. Duly signed application form that will also served as candidate’s certificate of candidacy.
2. 2x2 picture
3. Endorsement letter/s and/or Recommendation letter (if less than 1 year of residency).
4. Plan of action/Proposed plan of activities
5. Copy of Grades from previous term
6. Copy of Curriculum Diagram
7. Certificate of Good Moral

❗APPLICATION DUEDATE: JULY 18, 2025

❗Failure to submit the prescribed requirements on or before the due date given by the outgoing SAMPISANAN Council will lead to DISQUALIFICATION.

📣Additionally, ALL ORGS MUST SUBMIT THEIR REACCREDITATION PAPERS UNTIL JULY 18 ONLY.
