The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) has a structured set of officers, which includes:
-President: The Chief Executive Officer of the YES-O, responsible for presiding over meetings, enforcing the constitution and by-laws, and representing the organization.
-Vice President: Assists the President, assumes the Office of the President if it becomes vacant, and supervises members in planning and arranging meetings or programs.
- Secretary: Keeps accurate records, maintains files, calls and prepares notices for meetings, and heads the YES-O Secretariat.
- Treasurer: Keeps financial records, serves as the disbursing officer, prepares the annual budget, and submits financial reports.
- Auditor: Certifies the legitimacy and correctness of fund disbursements, audits expenditures, assists the Treasurer, and keeps an updated inventory of YES-O properties
- Public Information Officer: Popularizes the organization's thrusts and objectives, builds and maintains a credible image, and promotes YES-O projects and activities.
- Safety Officer: Helps maintain safety, peace and order during meetings and acts as a disciplinary officer if needed.
-Multimedia Officer: Managing the organization's social media presence
The YES-O Grade Level Representative is responsible for
- Representing their respective grade level in YES-O meetings and activities
- Coordinating events and projects specific to their grade level
- Communicating YES-O updates and announcements to their grade level
- Gathering feedback and suggestions from their grade level
