As of 8:00 AM today, 22 August 2025, the Low Pressure area (LPA 08e) being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has developed into a tropical depression and was named "ISANG". Meanwhile, a low pressure area (LPA 08f) is being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility(PAR) and has a LOW potential of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.
