✨ QUALIFICATIONS ✨
1. The contestant must be a female child aged 4 to 9 years old only.
2. The contestant must be a resident of Potrero.
3. The contestant must be physically and mentally fit to participate in the event.
4. A parent or legal guardian must give consent and accompany the contestant during practices and event proper.
5. Each contestant must submit the required requirements before the deadline.

1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate or any valid proof of age
2. Registration fee: 250 per person

✨ Guidelines ✨
• Candidates must arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before the program starts
• Talent presentation must only be around 2–3 minutes
• A parent or guardian must always be present during the event to guide and support the contestants
• Kindly send us the music for the talent portion.
• Limited slots only, so early reservation is encouraged ✨

‼️ GENERAL RULES ‼️
1. Contestants are expected to observe proper behavior at all times.
2. Parents and guardians are encouraged to support positively and avoid any disruptive behavior during the event.
3. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who violates the rules and regulations.
4. Decisions of the Board of Judges are final and irrevocable.
5. The organizer has the right to use photos and videos taken during the event for posting at the page of Youth Organization.

This May 10 & 15 at Mangustan Court, we celebrate the feast of San Isidro Labrador through the spirit of basketball. Bringing together passion, teamwork, and friendly competition. Watch local players showcase their skills, energy, and determination in a game that unites the community and highlights the true essence of sportsmanship.

‼️RULES AND REGULATIONS‼️

🏀 Lahat ng manlalaro ay kailangang dumating sa oras. Kung kulang ang manlalaro ng isang koponan sa simula ng laro, awtomatikong papalitan sila ng mga reserbang manlalaro.
🏀 Ang mga manlalarong lasing ay hindi papayagang maglaro upang maiwasan ang kaguluhan.
🏀 Bawat manlalaro ay kinakailangang magbayad ng ₱100 na kontribusyon.
🏀 Lahat ng manlalaro ay kailangang magdala ng dalawang set ng jersey (Puti at Madilim na kulay).
🏀 Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang pagsusuot ng alahas para sa kaligtasan ng lahat.
🏀 Kung may paniniwala ang isang koponan na may mali sa scoring o oras, isang kinatawan lamang ang maaaring lumapit sa komite.
🏀 Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang pakikipag-away, pananapak, paniniko, at paggamit ng masasamang salita at magreresulta ito sa technical foul. Igalang ang lahat ng manlalaro—kalaban mo man sila, kalaro mo pa rin sila.
🏀 Ang manlalarong makakatanggap ng dalawang (2) technical foul (personal o unsportsmanlike) ay awtomatikong ma-e-eject at magkakaroon ng karampatang free throw ang kalabang koponan.

Substitution Rules:
🏀 Sa 1st Quarter, may Mandatory substitution kada 6 minuto.
🏀 Sa 2nd Quarter, nasa desisyon na ng koponan ang substitution.

Second Half (Last 2 minutes) Rules:
🏀 Pinapayagan ang pag-steal ng bola mula sa inbound pass.
🏀 Ang mintis na free throw ay maaaring i-follow up ng kahit sinong manlalaro.

Game Format:
- Shot clock: 14 Seconds
- Haba ng laro: 12 Minutes bawat Quarter
- Ang huling 6 Miinutes ng 2nd Quarter ay Stop Time
- 2 Quarters bawat laro
- Overtime: 3 Minutes
- Timeouts: 2 sa 1st Quarter at 3 sa 2nd Quarter
- Fouls: 5 Fouls bawat Manlalaro = Disqualification; 5 Team Fouls = Penalty Situation.

Masaya at puno ng energy ang naging selebrasyon ng Fiesta ni San Isidro Labrador noong May 14–15, at lahat ng ito ay naging posible dahil sa inyo!

Mula sa masiglang prusisyon na sinamahan ng tambol at banda, nakakatuwang palaro para sa mga bata, exciting na Bingo Bonanza, at syempre ang napakasayang Street Party 🎉
