A new Rotary year begins with renewed inspiration, stronger leadership, and a greater commitment to service.

High Impact President Alvin Liu proudly attended the Rotary International District 3800 Handover Ceremony, witnessing the ceremonial turnover of leadership from Good District Governor Gina Sanchez to High Impact District Governor Celso Montalla.

The event also marked a significant milestone for the Rotary Club of Malabon East as we witnessed the ceremonial passing of the gavel from Good President Joey Choi to High Impact President Alvin Liu, symbolizing the continuation of our club's mission to create lasting impact in our community.

We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to our very own Past President Art Sabido on his induction as Assistant Governor for Zone 1 for Rotary Year 2026–2027. We are proud of your continued dedication and leadership in serving Rotary beyond the club level.

The Rotary Club of Malabon East proudly participated in the Rotary District 3800 Vibrant Seminar Roadshow – Cluster 1 CAMANAVA, a meaningful learning session focused on strengthening our capacity to serve.

The workshop featured insightful discussions on key Rotary pillars, including Membership Development, Public Image, Service Projects, and The Rotary Foundation—equipping club leaders with fresh ideas and best practices to create a greater impact in our communities.

Representing our club were Incoming President Alvin Liu, Service Projects Committee Chair Dustin Bernabe, Past President Peter Sy, and Past President Thompson Laohianty.

Together, we continue to learn, lead, and serve as we create lasting impact through Rotary.

A meaningful evening of fellowship, gratitude, and leadership transition as the Rotary Club of Malabon East held its Handover and Thanksgiving Dinner on June 18, 2026, at the RCME Training and Development Center.

We express our sincere appreciation to Good President Joey Choi for his dedicated service and leadership throughout the Rotary year, and warmly welcome High Impact President Alvin Liu as he takes the helm to lead the club toward greater service and impact.

The program was ably moderated by PP Allan Tamayo, making the occasion even more memorable as members reflected on the past year's achievements and looked forward to a new chapter of service above self.
