PHASE 3: COMPLETED

After weeks of preparation, interviews, impromptu speeches, and demonstrations, the Debate Club has officially concluded Phase 3 of its recruitment process.

We would like to commend all our new members for taking on the challenge and demonstrating their skills, confidence, and potential throughout this journey.

With Phase 3 now complete, the recruitment process has officially come to an end. The next step is to begin building, learning, and growing together as members of the Debate Club.

Congratulations to everyone who made it this far. This is only the beginning. Again, we warmly welcome you to the Debate Club.

The Debate Club is pleased to announce that Phase 3 of the recruitment process will take place tomorrow.

This stage will allow us to assess the skills, potential, and readiness of our new members as we determine whether they are best suited to begin their journey as Debaters or Trainees. We encourage all participants to come prepared, composed, and ready to demonstrate what they have learned throughout the recruitment process.

We look forward to seeing you and witnessing the next step in your journey with the Debate Club.

The wait is over. We are pleased to announce the applicants who have successfully passed Phase 2 of the Debate Club recruitment process. Congratulations, and welcome to the club!

As we move forward, we now enter Phase 3. This phase will allow us to better assess each member’s strengths, skills, and potential as we determine whether they are ready to take on the role of a Debater or would benefit from beginning their journey as a Trainee.

To help you prepare, we have provided reading materials covering the basics of British Parliamentary debating and adjudication, along with materials to guide you for your demo debate. The date will be announced soon.

The second phase of the debate club’s recruitment process has officially concluded. Through interviews and impromptu speeches, our applicants demonstrated their confidence, critical thinking, and ability to express their ideas under pressure.

We are proud of everyone who stepped forward and took on the challenge.

The final list of applicants who have successfully passed Phase 2 will be revealed soon. To those who will make the list, it will mark the beginning of your journey in The Parliament.

AND SO IT BEGINS!

The Debate Club officially kicked off its recruitment with our General Orientation, where aspiring debaters got to know the club, what we stand for, and what it truly means to be part of the debate community.

Alongside the orientation, we also held Phase 1 of our recruitment process—the first step toward discovering the voices, minds, and future debaters who will shape this year’s team.

To everyone who showed up, participated, and took the first step: welcome to the beginning of your debate journey.

But wait… Not everyone’s journey ends at Phase 1.
