as MAYA becomes official during our Organizational Development, we honor the woman whose life quietly shaped its heart. A life devoted to service, compassion, and community. She was “the Ina ng MAYA”, a guiding presence, and a foundation of JESB/YA and MAYA even while she was still with us.

Though she is gone, her spirit lives on in every purpose we carry forward, every young leader we nurture, and every act of service we commit to. This milestone is for you.

This December 21, 2025, the Makati Active Youth Association comes together for the Organizational Development General Assembly and Culmination, isang buong araw na puno ng learning, growth, at meaningful conversations for youth leaders across Makati.

From inspiring messages, shared youth leadership experiences, hanggang sa discussions on organizational development, child safeguarding, diversity, and community impact, this assembly is all about strengthening MAYA and preparing our leaders for what’s next.

Hindi lang ito culmination.
Ito ay reminder na ang lakas ng MAYA ay nasa bawat kabataang handang mag-lead at mag-serve.

Ito ay isang skills training program na layong bigyan ang kabataan ng mas maraming oportunidad para sa trabaho at personal growth. Kung ikaw ay kabilang sa mga sumusunod, ikaw ay qualified mag-apply:
✅ Senior High School graduate
✅ Undergraduate
✅ Out-of-school youth (at least 1 year)
✅ College graduate na unemployed
✅ Fresh graduate

Ang Project Rise Up ay hindi lamang tungkol sa training—ito ay pagkakataon para makakuha ng bagong kaalaman, magkaroon ng mas mataas na tsansa sa employment, at maihanda ang sarili para sa mas maayos na kinabukasan. 🌱
