As we step into this new year, we are invited not to strive harder, but to rest more deeply in God’s presence. In the silence of our hearts, grace is already at work, gently transforming us beyond our efforts and understanding.

May this year be a time of deeper surrender, where we learn to let go, trust more fully, and allow divine love to heal what words cannot. As we sit in prayer, may we discover again that God is closer than our own breath.

Let us walk into this new beginning with humility, patience, and hope, knowing that transformation happens not by force, but by consent.

Wishing everyone a grace-filled New Year, rooted in stillness and love.

Christmas invites us to slow down, to be still, and to make room for God in the quiet of our hearts. In a world filled with noise and haste, we are reminded that Christ comes gently, born in humility and love.

“And Mary kept all these things, reflecting on them in her heart.”
— Luke 2:19

May this Christmas lead us into deeper silence, prayer, and contemplation, as we welcome the birth of Jesus with faith, hope, and grateful hearts.

If you missed our Advent Recollection last November 29, you may rewatch it here. As we prepare our hearts for Christmas, we invite you to take this time to pause, reflect, and contemplate the true meaning of the coming birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Thank you for being with us as we celebrated the life of Fr. Thomas Keating. We are grateful to those who shared their moments with him and those who witnessed to the fruits of Centering Prayer in their lives. May we continue to honor his legacy by remaining faithful to the path of silence, compassion, and contemplative living.

Let us once again revisit Tinnah Dela Rosa’s talk, “Resting in God, Rising in Praise: The Meeting Point of Prayer and Liturgy.” This reflection reminds us of the beautiful connection between our personal prayer and our praise in the liturgy.

Please note: The video is incomplete. These are the portions that were captured and stitched together so we could still share the message. Even so, the insights remain meaningful and worth revisiting.

Even amidst the strong winds and rain, the sun still rose — just in time to make way for a truly grace-filled talk with Tinnah Dela Rosa, Resting in God, Rising in Praise.

It is always amazing how moments like these remind us that no storm can stop a blessed gathering. Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared in this time of peace, prayer, and praise.
