A meaningful regional engagement for **IBF Philippines** at the **ASEAN–India Business Forum 2026**. 🇮🇳🤝🌏

IBF was pleased to participate as an **Official Event Partner** at the recently concluded Forum, hosted by in partnership with the **ASEAN Business Advisory Council**, with support from the @ **ASEAN–India Business Council** and **FICCI India**.

The Forum brought together government leaders, policymakers, diplomats, business executives, investors, and industry experts from across ASEAN and India, creating a strong platform for dialogue around **trade, investment, regional integration, and deeper economic cooperation**.

We were also proud to see our President, **Dileep Tiwari**, participate in a fireside discussion on how stronger India–Philippines collaboration could help improve access to **affordable medicines** — an important and highly relevant area of bilateral cooperation.

Our sincere thanks to **FICCI Philippines** for inviting IBF to be part of this important regional platform and for creating meaningful opportunities for engagement, collaboration, and networking.

To highlight commercial synergies and technological cooperation between India and the Philippines, 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 organized the dedicated "𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐎𝐍,"featuring flagship solutions and trade services from three prominent member companies like..

Agri Exim, Advancing sustainable organic agricultural commodities and certified international supply chain operations,
Asm Asm delivering end-to-end procurement, cross-border logistics, and digital farm-to-fork traceability solutions and TVS Motor Company Providing efficient commercial mobility and robust last-mile transport infrastructure for farm-to-market ecosystems.

We were deeply privileged by the presence and leadership of 𝐇.𝐄. 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐢𝐧, Ambassador of India to the Philippines, who delivered a key diplomatic address supporting bilateral collaboration and regional economic integration.

𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 was represented on the ground by its President Mr. Dileep Tiwari, Director of Corporate Relations Mr. Thumkesh Khera & Director of Emerging Technology Mr. Hariom Khandelwal.

PM Narendra Modi met President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. of Philippines, in New Delhi today on the sidelines of the 18th BRICS Summit. Prime Minister welcomed the Philippines’ participation in the BRICS Summit as current ASEAN chair.

The leaders expressed satisfaction at the progress made in bilateral cooperation and agreed to further deepen and expand collaboration in the fields of defence and security, trade and investment, space, railway infrastructure, fintech, education, tourism, science and technology, innovation and people-to-people ties.

Prime Minister welcomed the Philippines’ decision to join the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure.

The two leaders also exchanged views on regional and global issues of mutual interest.
