IBF Kick-Off Meet 2026 – Reignite!
As the year has begun, the India Business Forum came together to fuel the energy for our 2026 theme — “Reignite IBF.”
It was a very productive session with ideas and intent — to elevate IBF into a stronger, more impactful voice for the Indian professionals and business community in the Philippines.
Reaffirmed objectives of IBF, realignment of the vision, and clear expectations for the year ahead were set — from strengthening member engagement and bilateral trade initiatives to creating meaningful collaborations across industries and chambers.
A heartfelt thank you to:
- Mr. Jeevan Kandpal, Second Secretary (Economic & Commerce), Indian Embassy, for guiding us with valuable insights
- President Dileep Tiwari for setting the tone and inspiring the vision

India Business Forum Philippines Association, Inc. (IBF) – Manila strongly condemns the horrific terrorist attack that occurred in Pahalgam, Kashmir on April 22, 2025, claiming the lives of 26 innocent civilians, including peaceful tourists. This senseless act of violence has left families devastated, communities grieving, and the entire nation in mourning.

Terrorism in any form is unacceptable, and the deliberate targeting of civilians—particularly based on their faith—is a direct assault on the core values of humanity, peace, and dignity.

IBF-Manila denounces this atrocity in the strongest possible terms. Victims hailed from the far North to the deep South, from the East to the West—a poignant reminder that this was an attack on the soul of India itself.

This message stands as a tribute to the lives lost, a space to remember, honor, and reflect. We offer our heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and our unwavering support to all those affected. In mourning them, we also reaffirm our commitment to peace, resilience, and unity.

The India Business Forum – Manila calls upon the global community, civil society, and business leaders to stand together against terrorism and reinforce compassion, justice, and coexistence.
